Refund policy
Unwanted Items:
Simply return your unwanted item within 14 days of receipt unused, unopened, in its original condition and packaging. You will be liable for the cost of returning the goods to us and must ensure that they are returned in protective packaging.
Broken / Damaged Goods:
We aim to ensure all items purchased reach you in perfect condition. If upon delivery the item is damaged, please refuse the delivery, which will then be returned to us. Should delivered items be faulty, you can return in accordance with your statutory rights. Please contact us and we'll be able to advise next steps. Where items are damaged, we will provide a replacement or full refund. We may ask for proof of damages in the form of photographs.
